Overview

As an SDR for a SaaS company specializing in construction management software for civil engineering, you\'ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to identify, engage, and qualify leads, setting the stage for successful partnerships that drive growth and market presence.

This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours. Specifically, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in active outbound prospecting to generate new leads through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring they align with our solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads and execute strategies to increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot), leveraging metrics to refine the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs to fine-tune messaging and approach.
  • Conduct outreach and manage communication in French, ensuring an inclusive approach for French-speaking clients.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or B2B sales.
  • Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong English communication skills via phone and email.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms.
  • A growth mindset, self-motivation, and resilience when navigating challenges.
