Zima Media is looking for a freelance Paid Media Specialist to support client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys remote freelance work, wants flexibility, and is eager to grow their skills while working with international clients.

This is a part-time freelance contract with potential for ongoing collaboration and full time.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop cross‑channel digital strategies that integrate paid media with SEO, content, and analytics to drive growth.
  • Advise clients on budget allocation and channel mix, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term brand building.
  • Manage multiple client projects independently, from planning and campaign setup to reporting and optimization.
  • Analyze performance data across channels, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Produce ad copy, creative briefs, and audience recommendations that maximize ROI.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the wider Zima Media team to shape policies, contribute new ideas, and support innovation.
  • Take on additional responsibilities based on your strengths and interests, contributing to the agency's overall growth.
What You Bring
  • 0-3 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing (freelance or agency).
  • Strong English communication skills for client‑facing work.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple small projects.
  • Bonus: experience with Google Tag Manager, tracking codes, or basic web development.
