The Opportunity

Overview: Pepsico is on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, it is the FP&A solution of PepsiCo. The Global Template (PGT) aims to integrate “vertical” planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and “horizontal” planning for functions (e.g., Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning process and ways of working across PepsiCo markets.

Your Impact

The Mosaic Service Controller is responsible for maintaining a high-quality solution for the MOSAIC North America and the rest of America program, with a specific focus on managing financial planning. The role will interact directly with the design/development and maintenance of the solution and will work closely with the various detailed design and development teams. This role requires a strong background in financial planning and streams (Topline, COGS, Opex), data quality/data flow, and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Incident and Request management
  • Assign/update tickets and address in priority order in alignment with Business Support
  • Monitors the team’s ticket queue for all services and reassigns tickets among Incident Coordinators
  • Responsible for the complete service reporting to the Service Owner
  • Responsible for the correct performance of all the services they have assigned
  • Responsible for the HyperCare/DSU call lead and daily reporting
  • Reports directly to the Service Owner, regularly informs about the status of queues and tickets, and handles escalations to them
  • Closing and Forecast follow-up and report
  • Migration coordinator for Enhancements and Fixes
  • Support Ways of Working guardian and promoter
  • Downtime or Issues User Communications
  • L1 and L2 incident resolutions
  • Minor Enhancements
  • Production, Delivery, Release Planning, and execution
  • Environment planning & Stakeholder Communications
  • Manage & Partner Go-Live and Kick off the projects
  • Tools and training calendar executions

Qualifications

  • University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience
  • Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principles, and sales finance forecasting

  • 5+ years of experience in development
  • 3+ years experience in TM1 or similar tools
  • Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution, Functional Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)
