Formación

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

The MCC BISCUITS and C&NB BU Planning Senior Analyst will play a key role in the BISCUITS and C&NB’ topline and direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for generating a consolidation world class Mexico Business Service (MCC) for PMF (Mexico market) & BISCUITS and C&NB. Responsible of elaborating Topline, and Direct Profit consolidation AND nopbt. Responsible of Direct Profit reports generation and improvement. Coordinate Marketing planning agenda, generating efficiencies. Interact and become business partner for OUs commercial finance teams, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.

Your Impact
  • Deliver an excellent service to MCC Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of Mexico consolidation, Topline Management and Direct profit reports.
  • Support OU commercial finance teams in the construction of BISCUITS and C&NB direct profit, topline and understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
  • Quickly develop an understanding of different BU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
  • Owner of planning model’s responsible of their maintenance, updates and improvements.
  • Coordinate Topline consolidation for BISCUITS and C&NB providing accurate and timely information and visibility to commercial finance ensuring an efficient decision-making.
  • Coordinate direct profit after A&M and racks (DPAAR) consolidation for BISCUITS and C&NB providing accurate and timely information and visibility to commercial finance ensuring an efficient decision-making.
  • Ensure revenue management pricing submission according to topline planning model neeeds
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • 1-2 years prior experience with Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with high level of experience in Finance & Accounting
  • Financial acumen, and strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon
  • Good understanding of business processes related to financial planning and control
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
  • Team work oriented
