Do you enjoy ensuring food safety through effective coordination? Join our QFS team as Food Safety Head.

In this role, you’ll lead and continuously enhance prerequisite programs (Cleaning, Sanitization, Pest Control) and Foreign Material Control within the QFS Master Plan framework. You’ll act as a key technical owner, driving standardization, risk mitigation, and performance across operations through strong cross-functional partnership.

This position is based in Linares, Nuevo León.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Program Ownership & Governance: Leads the design, deployment, and optimization of Sanitation, Pest Control, and Foreign Material Control programs in alignment with the QFS Master Plan.
  • Audits & Risk Management: Owns internal audits, site inspections, and regulatory readiness, ensuring robust corrective actions and sustained compliance.
  • Capability Building: Develops and delivers advanced training programs for operations, sanitation, and housekeeping teams to elevate execution standards.
  • Performance & Budget Management: Defines, monitors, and drives KPIs while ensuring effective budget planning and execution for assigned programs.
  • Continuous Improvement & Incident Leadership: Leads root cause analysis for FSIs and consumer complaints, implementing preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
We’re Looking For Someone With
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years managing sanitation, pest control, or foreign material programs in regulated environments.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Data-driven problem solver with preventive risk focus.
  • Digital & Data Fluency: Advanced Excel and digital tools for performance management.
  • Learning & Communication: Proven experience developing effective training content.
  • Operational Excellence: Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
