Formación

What will you do?
  • Supervise the Upstream and Downstream Planning of the External Manufacturer.
  • Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and scheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders to our external manufacturer).
  • Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and take actions to ensure availability of product.
  • Escalate material shortages with vendors.
  • Escalate material shortages within Procurement organization using the escalation path.
  • Audit ERP parameters and request actions being taken for findings.
  • Evaluate the Value Stream Map and provide suggestions.
  • Change transportation method when needed.
  • Participate in SAM audits animated by Virtual Factory Team.

Who will you report to?
  • Supply Chain Manager, working along with the rest of our Contract Manufacturing team in Virtual Factory; this individual contributor will work hand‑to‑hand with our contract manufacturer to meet business goals such as OTD, Sales & Inventory targets.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Recent Graduate (1–2 years of experience)
  • Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
  • Preferred experience on Make‑to‑Stock environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Self‑initiative and proven experience following up on multiple topics with attention to details.
  • Strong influencing skills and teamwork.
  • Initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Leadership and high capacity for communication.
  • Proven experience using SAP Material Management is a plus.
  • Understanding of Engineering / Manufacturing Process is a plus.
