The Carrier finance department has an opening for a Specialist role within the Supply Chain Finance group. This position will require interaction with finance contacts in all Carrier segment and business units, World Headquarters FP&A teams, Carrier global operations team and the digital technology team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global category leaders and regional operations finance team to review and analyze projects to identify financial implications and risks
  • Prepare monthly spend and productivity reporting packages for indirect and logistics
  • Standardize and assist in the preparation of productivity target guidance and status updates
  • Run weekly productivity dashboard updates and understand change drivers from previous week
  • Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for stakeholders (global and regional teams)
  • Support the Director Supply Chain Finance leader, with ad hoc analytics and requests.
  • Drive standardization and process improvement across all aspects of planning and reporting, including sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience in Finance and FP&A.
  • Experience with Financial Management Systems (HFM).
  • Exceptional time and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to solve problems independently and results-oriented.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Attention to Accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
