A leading technology solutions company is looking for an experienced professional to support Infor LN and BAAN 5C applications. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in logistics and supply chain areas, as well as significant SQL experience. You will primarily assist with analyzing user issues and conducting GAP analysis for improvement. This position necessitates frequent travel, ideally suited for candidates based on the East Coast or Midwest. Candidates with project lead experience will be seen as advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Infor LN and BAAN5C logistics and supply chain areas.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting clients globally with LN and BAAN.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience running SQL queries and using BQuery tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Infor LN and BAAN 5C applications.
• Analyze and test fixes in UI and backend.
• Understand existing business processes and provide recommendations.
• Conduct GAP analysis on user requirements.
• Support logistics track including Warehouse, Sales, and Manufacturing.

Day to Day job Duties:(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

• Provide support to Infor LN and BAAN 5C applications
• Work with business users to analyze any incidents raised by users for issues in the application
• Analyze, test and deploy any fixes in UI and backend in Infor LN to BAAN 5C to support application
• Understand the existing business process for Infor LN and BAAN 5C and provide recommendations for GAPS.
• Conduct GAP analysis on requirements or enhancements raised by users and provide solutions
• Primarily support the logistics track which includes, Warehouse, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Service and projects.
• Run any extracts as required by the users using SQL / BQuery tools.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience across the entire Infor LN and BAAN5C logistics and supply chain areas
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on providing support to clients with global LN and BAAN footprint

Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
