A technology company in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking an Electronic Engineer I to conduct reliability tests and collaborate with design teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and strong knowledge of analog and digital systems. Responsibilities include analyzing reliability, investigating failures, and working on Design for Reliability practices. Formación

  • Recent graduate in electronics engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with programming languages: C/C++, NI LabView, Python.
  • Experience programming microcontrollers (either PIC, ESP32).

Responsabilidades

  • Plan, execute, and analyze reliability tests for electrical and RF systems.
  • Investigate failures in electrical and RF components and propose corrective actions.
  • Work with design and development teams for Design for Reliability practices.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing test results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to address reliability concerns.
  • Present reports and findings to larger audiences.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World
  • Plan, execute, and analyze reliability tests (e.g., thermal cycling, vibration testing, electrical stress testing, RF performance testing) to evaluate the adaptability and performance of electrical and RF systems.
  • Investigate failures in electrical and RF components, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to improve reliability.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to implement Design for Reliability (DfR) practices, ensuring robustness in electrical circuits and RF designs.
  • Develop and refine reliability testing methodologies for electrical and RF systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing test results, failure analysis findings, and recommendations for design or process improvements.
  • Work with manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to address reliability concerns and implement corrective actions for field issues.
  • Present reports and findings to larger audiences.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. Recent graduate in electronics engineering.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
  • Communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and present technical findings.
  • Bilingual: fluent English.
Preferred Skills
  • Hands‑on experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, electronic loads, signal generators, spectrum analyzer.
  • Programming languages: C/C++, NI LabView, Python.
  • Programming microcontrollers (either PIC, ESP32).
