Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support to users for systems and corporate applications.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows / Linux).
- Develop and maintain scripts, applications, and automations to optimize internal processes.
- Participate in the analysis, development, and testing of internal applications.
- Collaborate on system integrations and API consumption.
- Monitor servers, applications, and services.
- Document code, technical processes, and system configurations.
- Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and new technology implementation projects.
- Comply with information security policies and development standards.
Requirements
- +6 months of experience in systems support and/or software development (internships or professional practices accepted).
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).
- English Advanced
Desired Qualitications
Technical Skills - Systems
- Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V; basic Docker knowledge is a plus).
- Backup, monitoring, and basic security concepts.
Technical Skills - Development
- Programming languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
- Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Basic development and consumption of REST APIs.
- Introductory web development knowledge (HTML, CSS; basic frameworks are a plus).
