Responsibilities

The Document Controller will support the FM and asset management team with the massive close out of projects, by gathering all documents required by compliance.

  • Establish and manage document control system allowing for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification etc.
  • Provide communication with the FM and asset management team.
  • Knowledge of every stage of a project.
  • Experience with delivering the close out of a project.
  • Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
  • Create and maintain document control guidelines.
  • Prepare, operate, and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company's Document Management System
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in either multi-disciplinary / multi-group projects or big project / multi group environment as a document controller in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or architecture)
  • Project Management qualification - e.g., PMI is a plus
  • Experience in data management and mapping processes.
  • Experience with reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
