Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedDirector of Engineeringto lead our engineering department. This role involves overseeing all technical aspects of product development, managing engineering teams, and aligning engineering initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee the process, development, and deployment of products and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
