Responsibilities
  1. E-commerce Strategy : Experience developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall digital customer experience.
  2. Data-Driven : Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from various digital channels to drive insights and make data-driven decisions. Experience with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
  3. E-commerce & Social Media Platforms : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Ability to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  4. Project & Content Management : Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and deliver digital and e-commerce initiatives within timelines and budgets. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  5. Industry Knowledge : Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital and e-commerce space. Familiarity with the beauty industry and understanding of consumer behavior in the online beauty market.

Hiring Process

SPEEDY PROCESS :

  1. Selected applicants will have a 1 : 1 Exploratory Interview where the recruiter will assess your potential and aspirations as if you were already part of the team.
  2. Successful exploratory interviews leads to joining the talent pipeline and subsequent interviews with HRBP and Hiring Manager until your landing position.
