• 3+ years of experience in enterprise automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Certification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies is an advantage.

Overview

DevOps Engineer, Enterprise Automation – KONE Americas, Mexico City, full‑time. KONE is a global leader in elevator, escalator and automatic building door solutions, focused on improving urban life through innovative, reliable, and safe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Enable broader support capabilities and ensure critical automation knowledge within KONE.
• Provide round‑the‑clock support to ensure continuity.
• Bring 3+ years of experience in enterprise automation, low‑code/no‑code platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in English (C1+ level).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid experience on backlog management, like JIRA, capable of translating between business and technical viewpoints.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, DevOps ways of working, and value‑driven prioritization and execution practices.
• Deep interest in automation solution technology and understanding how technology can help KONE business in productivity gain and efficiency improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to present content with clarity and conciseness.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C# and knowledge over .NET framework is an advantage.
• Certification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will be an advantage.
• Experience with Azure services such as ACS, serverless computing, and integration patterns are added advantages.
