A leading technology services firm located in Mexico City is seeking a Desktop Support specialist to provide technological support and basic configuration for desktop devices. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of the Windows operating system and experience with ServiceNow and Office Suite. Client service skills, particularly in attending to VIPs, are essential. This role involves working from Monday to Friday with alternate schedules. Travel may also be required.

Formación

• Experience in managing suppliers and staff under supervision.
• Excellent client service skills attending VIPs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic configuration of desktop, notebook, and printers.
• Assist with parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Provide technological support for events in corporate auditoriums.
• Travel may be required.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Windows operating system

Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow

Knowledge of Office Suite

Client service skills attending VIPs

• Travel may be required.

Zone: Santa Fe

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternate schedules from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm and from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
