We are looking for a Delivery Director to join the Management team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and considerable attention to detail. What You Will Do

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
• Customer-oriented.
• Budget management.
• Software Development Management experience.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
