We're a data-driven marketing agency and we're looking for a Data Analytics Jr. to support our data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts.
What You'll Do
Data Collection & Cleaning
- Assist in gathering data from various sources.
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Data Monitoring
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs across various channels, markets, and campaigns.
- Identify conversion spikes, drops, and performance anomalies.
- Flag and document any data inconsistencies or irregular patterns.
Analysis
- Perform preliminary analyses to spot trends and patterns.
- Contribute to weekly syncs with internal teams to propose actions based on observed trends.
- Support documentation of insights and hypotheses across multi-touch campaigns.
Report Support
- Help prepare reports and presentations under the guidance of senior analysts.
- Create data visualizations to illustrate findings.
- Build and update weekly performance reports and visual dashboards (PowerPoint + Looker Studio).
- Assist in client report presentations, pulling highlight-worthy insights.
- Support in ad hoc reporting and deep dives using performance metrics from Meta, Google, and DSP platforms.
Data Entry & Maintenance
- Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure data is properly stored and kept up-to-date.
Predictive Modeling Assistance
- Support the development of simple models under the Data Science team's guidance.
Client & Internal Support
- Respond to basic data-related inquiries from clients and other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific information needs.
- Help surface critical changes in trends (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
- Cross-check delivery performance per market, channel, and campaign.
- Collaborate with media buyers and data engineers to audit the integrity of data flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Familiarity with a visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Solid Knowledge of Digital Paid Marketing campaigns and KPIs
- Professional English (required).
- Skills in data communication and data storytelling.
