A leading taste and nutrition company in Querétaro is seeking a Customer Care Representative Jr. This role focuses on ensuring accurate customer order fulfillment and requires proactive communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in English are essential. Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields is desired.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar roles.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

About the role

The Customer Care Representative Jr. is responsible for ensuring the Order Fulfillment process is executed accurately and within established timelines. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, proactive communication with clients, and diligent follow‑up to ensure service excellence and business continuity.

Key responsibilities
  • Validate that customer orders entered into the system contain the correct information.
  • Verify inventory availability and communicate expected availability dates to customers.
  • Review demand and coordinate any required adjustments with internal teams.
  • Follow up on order status and notify customers about any changes in delivery or availability.
  • Coordinate resolution of order blocks or issues by engaging the appropriate internal areas.
  • Track delivery status with transportation partners to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
  • Manage customer complaints or claims, coordinating investigation and providing timely responses.
  • Contribute to business continuity by keeping procedures updated and supporting backup planning.
  • Maintain clear communication with relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields (desired).
  • 1-2 year of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Order Fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • English: Intermediate - advanced.
