A global auto finance provider located in Mexico is seeking a professional to manage CRM development and strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in CRM and data analytics, with strong communication skills in Spanish and English. This role demands proficiency in data management and project management within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Development of CRM as a new Sales Channel.
  • Execution and deployment of all CRM strategies: Conquest, Loyalty / Retention and Re-Conquest.
  • Project Management activities for new campaigns and CRM projects.
  • Execute CRM Loyalty Program to drive customer retention.
  • Execute and deploy CRM Campaigns partnered with the CRM agency, GMM and IO.
  • Prepare monthly campaign reporting and measurement.
  • CRM Dashboard preparation.
  • Preparation of presentations and material for course design and trainings.
  • Campaign monitoring and correction process and AB testing management. Campaign management with CRM agency.
  • Project Management Activities for key metrics and KPIs follow up.
  • Support the organization in the development of market leading digital capabilities.
  • Define outstanding on-line Customer experience GMF sites and GMF content on GM sites.
  • Establish the eCRM capabilities for the GMM Websites.
  • Supporting Regional strategies over the Web to help Division and product messaging.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Engineering, Marketing or related is required.
  • Proficient oriented to data management, data modelling and data mining.
  • High Excel Knowledge, and proficiency is required (Macro knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven experience in developing data analysis, data reports, dashboards and Power Point presentations.
  • Efficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English, will be evaluated in the interview.
  • Business intelligence and/or Artificial intelligence knowledge is a plus.
  • Business and Marketing mind set for data driven decisions.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, data analytics, data mining, business and marketing strategy.
  • Passionate about data analytics and data analysis for business data driven decisions.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
  • Commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
