A leading global toy company located in Mexico City is seeking an analytical professional with 1-2 years of experience in CPFR/Sales. The role involves maintaining data integrity, tracking sales indicators, and utilizing advanced tools like Excel and Power BI. The candidate should possess strong negotiation and communication skills and have a background in statistics, mathematics, administration, or economics. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and accountability in a dynamic work environment.
Maintaining data integrity and reconciling disparate sources under tight deadlines. Adapting quickly to demand swings and promotional shifts. Translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Upholding rigorous documentation and planning-cycle discipline amid ad-hoc requests. Continuously learning and integrating new forecasting tools without disrupting ongoing processes. Managing a minority of administrative sales tasks, such as updating CRM records and processing order paperwork. Cataloging new items in the client’s system—entering product attributes, codes and eligibility details so each SKU is active and available for purchase.
