A digital consultancy is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support the M&A team in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities. The role includes conducting market research, preparing financial models, and developing presentations for senior management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This position is based in Xico, Veracruz and promotes collaborative team dynamics.

Formación

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Advanced English communication skills.

Overview

Education & Experience

  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
