We are seeking remote Copywriter to join our team in Mexico.

The role entails serving as a pivotal conduit between clients and their target audiences through the strategic use of language. This position demands more than mere writing; it requires the creation of narratives that engage, inform, and motivate action. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Creative Strategist, Editor, and other team members to translate client objectives into impactful written materials, such as press releases, newsletters, strategic documents, media pitches, bylines, and blog posts. Adhering to established writing standards, policies, and procedures is crucial for producing high-quality content that drives the success of PR campaigns and enhances clients' reputations within their industries.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Engaging in the development of a wide range of written materials, meticulously tailored to meet the distinct needs and objectives of each client. This includes drafting impactful press releases, composing informative newsletters, formulating strategic communication plans, and crafting persuasive story angles for media outreach. The focus remains on leveraging language to drive clients' PR success.
  • Adherence to Writing Standards: Ensuring strict compliance with the firm's established writing standards, policies, and procedures is essential for maintaining consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all client‑facing communications. By adhering to industry best practices and client‑specific guidelines, the commitment to delivering exemplary content that consistently exceeds expectations is upheld.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Fostering effective communication and collaboration with the Creative Strategist, Editor, and other team members. This involves gathering project requirements, exchanging constructive feedback, and refining content strategies to enhance the overall success of PR campaigns. The ability to engage in open dialogue and leverage team expertise contributes significantly to achieving campaign goals.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the tracking of project tasks and deadlines to ensure the punctual delivery of high-quality content. Utilizing the Project Management tool to update task statuses, monitor project progress, and prioritize assignments based on client priorities and deadlines is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Focus: Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of each client's brand, industry, target audience, and communication objectives. Immersing in the clients' environments and aligning writing with their distinct identities and goals strengthens client relationships and drives impactful results.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Embracing a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders. This approach involves identifying opportunities to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of written materials, thus driving ongoing advancements in writing processes and methodologies.
