About the role

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to partner closely with our growing GTM teams—hiring across functions such as Customer Success, Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Renewals, Sales Data Science, and Sales Enablement—to build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.

In this role you will

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Create and implement strategies to build diverse pipelines across Samsara’s corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media. Engage passive candidates and help them envision life at Samsara. Manage multiple requisitions during high-volume periods while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Be a Talent Advisor: Partner with hiring leaders to understand teams and goals. Facilitate interview debriefs, drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation. Identify closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with the information they need to decide.
• Influence with data: Address and unblock data analysis challenges. Extract and synthesize insights. Identify headwinds and tailwinds in a search.
• Communicate Effectively: Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations.
• Manage Stakeholders: Be a trusted partner to cross-functional contacts, identify friction points, set expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles in a search.
• Be a Diversity Advocate: Develop sourcing strategies and marketing programs to identify top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines. Advise on structured interview processes to mitigate bias. Coach leaders and interviewers in inclusive interviewing practices and objective feedback.
• Process Excellence: Track pipeline data and provide updates to hiring managers. Maintain attention to detail when entering data into recruiting tools.
• Be a Cultural Champion: Embody Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally.

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Mexico and legally authorized to work there
• Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Proven strategic sourcing skills
• Team-oriented and able to connect people and opportunities
• Professionally representative of Samsara internally and externally
• Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and collaborative
• Previous tech experience preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
