A leading legal services provider is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to work 100% remote. In this role, you will draft and negotiate service agreements, advise on multi-jurisdictional contracts, and collaborate with both clients and internal teams on contract management. Candidates should be qualified lawyers with over 2 years of experience in contract or commercial law, possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, and demonstrate excellent English communication abilities. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with leading clients.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in contract or commercial law.
• Experience with cross-border transactions is a plus.
• Proficient in using AI-powered contract review tools is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, NDAs, and complex commercial contracts.
• Advise on contracts across multiple jurisdictions, particularly the UK.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Support process improvements and deliver internal training on contract management.
