A global technology company in Mexico City seeks a Consumer Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for Uber Eats. This role involves designing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and managing budgets effectively. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of analytical experience and is proficient in English and Spanish. Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate across teams are essential. This position supports a hybrid work model allowing collaboration in the office.
This role is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in shaping the food delivery category and the future of Uber Eats in Mexico.
As a Consumer Growth Manager, you’ll define and implement the strategy for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement across Mexico. You’ll work closely with the local Territory team and the broader Operations organization to ensure strategies are aligned and executed effectively.

Professional paws in English and Spanish.
Strong critical thinking and analytical wüljlerinin comfortably making data-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills.
SQL experience is a plus.
