We are currently seeking a Commercial Technical Assistant, Jr Manager to join our team in Mexico City.

A Day in the Life of This Role

The Technical Assistant will provide direct support to the Sales, Marketing & Insurance Director for NRFM and overseeing coordination across the four brands within NRFM. This role is designed to ensure operational efficiency by managing information flow, consolidating KPIs, reviewing key deliverables, and coordinating with direct reports to ensure all materials are complete, accurate, and on time.

This person will perform administrative functions on the commercial operations. Will ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, manage administrative staff, and implement and improve office procedures. Will play a key role in optimizing workplace efficiency, maintaining records, and coordinating internal processes.

Outlines a role focused on managing and analyzing data to support business operations and decision‑making in commercial areas or related fields. Responsibilities include data collection, entry, organization, analysis, and reporting, often utilizing specialized tools and software. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and accessibility, potentially including collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agenda & Coordination: Work closely with the Director’s Executive Assistant to align and optimize the Director’s calendar. Ensure meeting preparation materials are complete and delivered in advance.
  • Deliverables & Deadlines: Follow up proactively with direct reports and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of presentations, reports, and business updates. Review materials for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with strategic KPIs before submission to the Director.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate, verify, and present commercial KPIs for Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Business Development areas. Liaise with Market Intelligence and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Business Support: Assist in tracking progress of strategic projects across the four brands within the Nissan Alliance. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational flow.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact between the Director and key internal stakeholders. Ensure consistent communication and follow‑up on action items from leadership meetings.
  • Commercial Data Collection and Entry: Gathering data from various sources, commercial areas.
  • Commercial Data Organization and Management: Developing and maintaining file organization systems, indexing methods, and data dictionaries to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Commercial Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Commercial Data Quality Assurance
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with other teams (e.g., Multibrands, sales, marketing, property management) to understand their data needs and provide support.

Qualifications
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Business Administration or related.
  • Professional/Industry Experience: Relevant experience in automotive industry, desirable in auto finance.
  • Technical Skills: Excel – Intermediate/Advanced, Power BI.
  • Non‑Technical Skills: Negotiation skills, Analytical thinking, Business acumen, Change adaptation, Project Management.
  • Travel Required?: yes, traveling when required.
  • Language skills: English – Fluent / advance (TOEIC 650).
