Overview

Job Summary in Monterrey, NL – Logistics Account Executive.

As an MVT Logistics Account Executive, you will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts, onboard new accounts, and develop creative solutions. This position is responsible for managing and growing existing accounts by expanding service offerings with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing long-term relationships.
  • Ensure clients receive requested services in a timely manner and oversee successful completion of daily commitments.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, always meeting deadlines.
  • Oversee projects within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives.
  • Stay informed of changes in customers’ businesses to identify new opportunities and design supply chain solutions while growing business relationships.
  • Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Organize and coordinate the broker aspects of assigned shipments by managing and communicating with carriers.
  • Perform additional related activities or projects as delegated.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of previous experience in logistics OR
  • 3 years of comparable experience in the Logistics/Transportation industry.
