Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Resolve customer service inquiries and address account concerns.
  • Collect payments and implement effective payment solutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound call volume focused on Truck accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and corporate departments.
  • Field calls from customers in the U.S. and provide efficient service.
  • Make outbound calls to assess reasons for non-payment.
  • Perform skip tracing to locate clients and collateral.

Position

Collections Agent DTFS

This position requires a customer-focused collections professional to manage accounts within the 0-30-day delinquency range, with abilities in customer service and collections.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and address account concerns.
  • Collect payments and implement effective payment solutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound call volume with a focus on servicing Truck accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions and value-added services.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments.
  • Field calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the United States and provide agile, efficient, and caring service to solve their concerns or provide clear guidance as to the status of their accounts.
  • Make outbound calls to small business customers who have reached the early-delinquency bucket to assess reasons for non-payment and help them regularize their delinquency.
  • Perform skip tracing to locate clients and/or collateral by obtaining contact information and addresses for delinquent customers through authorized means.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Languages: English (100% proficiency, C1-C2).
  • Work Experience: 1 year of customer-facing phone experience in collections.
  • Hard Skills: Excel (basic to intermediate).
