A leading company in experiential marketing is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive their growth in live events and brand activations. This role focuses on developing business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and leading a high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in B2B sales, negotiation expertise, and advanced English skills. This exciting position is based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico and offers a dynamic work environment.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in business development and consultative B2B sales, ideally within creative agencies or related fields.
  • Solid experience guiding teams through strategic plans.
  • Proven track record managing senior-level clients with negotiation expertise.
  • Advanced English language skills and comfort working with international projects.

We're part of Apodaca Group, leading the live entertainment industry in Mexico. We're looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to drive our growth in the exciting world of experiential marketing.

Mission

You will lead ROMA 212's commercial strategy: driving new business opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and leading a high-performance team to achieve (and exceed) our commercial goals.

  • Design and execute our commercial strategy in line with business priorities.
