A leading manufacturer in lighting controls seeks a Channel Operations and Sales Enablement Manager based in Mexico City. Your role will focus on developing and executing strategies that enhance channel operations and sales enablement across Latin America. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven B2B marketing experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. Overview :

We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Channel Operations and Sales Enablement Manager, based in Mexico City, to accelerate growth across Latin America.

In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of impactful channel operations and sales enablement strategies for lighting, lighting control, and automated shading solutions.

You'll ensure alignment with global initiatives while tailoring programs to meet local market needs.

Our company founder, Joel Spira, invented the solid-state dimmer in , and we have continued to make this line of solutions differentiated and value-added to our customers for over 60 years.

The role will be responsible for positioning this innovation and the benefit it brings to our professional installer base and the customers they serve.

You will translate powerful target audience insights to actionable marketing plans and messaging, and your impact will be growing awareness, adoption, and ultimately sales.

Responsibilities :
  • Sales Enablement Strategy : Develop and execute regional plans aligned with sales goals, product launches, and events to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to localize global campaigns and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Performance & Optimization : Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
  • Event Management : Lead planning and execution of regional events, managing logistics and lead generation.
  • Social Media & Content : Support regional social media strategy and adapt global content for local relevance.
  • Budget Oversight : Manage regional enablement budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination : Oversee external partners to deliver aligned and timely campaigns.
  • Product Launch Support : Coordinate regional activities and materials for new product introductions.
  • Sales Tools & Demos : Ensure sales teams are equipped with effective demo tools and materials.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience in mid-to-large international organizations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business and marketing strategies (i.e. business, product management, sales, web, CRM, marcomm, sales ops, service, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing (paid, earned, owned media), sales channel marketing, and enablement tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong grasp of performance metrics and analytics.
  • Experience managing agencies and creative teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
