Una empresa de gestión de energía busca un profesional para analizar y aplicar pagos de clientes en sus cuentas utilizando SAP. Se requiere licenciatura en contabilidad o finanzas con al menos un año de experiencia en contaduría. Debe tener fuertes habilidades interpersonales y dominio de la suite de Microsoft Office. El candidato ideal debe ser orientado al servicio al cliente y capaz de manejar situaciones complejas de pago. Se ofrece un ambiente inclusivo y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
La posición es responsable de analizar los detalles de pago recibidos de los clientes y de hacer el proceso de la aplicación de los mismos a facturas en las subcuentas de la cartera de clientes a través del ERP‑SAP para las compañías de Latinoamérica; asi mismo es responsable de procesar los documentos comprobatorios de los pagos hechos y saldos pendientes de pago de cada factura (Complementos de pago) y del aseguramiento de la recepción de cada documento por los clientes como corresponda.
