Offer includes a 10-hour shift schedule with breaks included.

Formación

  • 6–9 months of call center experience, preferably in BFSI.
  • English proficiency level B2+ to C1.
  • Must reside within 1.5 hours of the site.

Call Center Representative - Coforge (Mexico City, On-site)

We at Coforge are hiring a Call Center Representative with the following skillset:

  • Handle inbound voice calls with professionalism and customer focus.
  • Provide support on the following products and services:
  • Checking & Savings Accounts
  • Debit Cards
  • Online Accounts & Mobile Banking
  • Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits
  • Loans & Mortgages
  • Other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
  • Inform customers of account status and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
  • Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all interactions in the client’s system with accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • 6–9 months of call center experience (BFSI experience preferred).
  • English proficiency: B2+ to C1.
  • Must live within 1.5 hours of the site.
  • Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
  • Comfortable with schedule: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.

Location: Mexico City (on-site)

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)

Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Experience Required: 6–9 months in a call center environment

English Level: B2+ to C1
