We are hiring a Senior CAD & Testing Engineer specialized in hybrid fuel tank systems and engine connections for a major automotive project (VW Puebla).

Key Responsibilities

• Control design and testing according to PEP (Strak prototype tooling and release in preseries series 0 and SOP).
• Conduct meetings with technical development quality production and suppliers.
• Report progress to VW WOB Europe and VW Chattanooga US.
• Manage technical lists and drawings in AVON (2D TZ 3D TM) using KVS/Connect/DMU and Validat.
• Monitor weekly releases of 2D 3D and BMG including BMG testing.
• Interpret TPB (technical product description).
• Create and control technical changes (Aekos) and ensure BMG releases.

Qualifications

• Software: Catia KVS AVON project management tools.
• Standards: VW German standards for DIN design and EP test catalog (function and duration).
• Components: Hybrid fuel tank systems gasoline pumps pressure sensors quick connectors and engine tubing.
• Certification: Mandatory certification for handling and working with hybrid vehicles (high voltage).
