A global development company is looking for a CAD Designer Junior in Puebla, Mexico. You'll be involved in product development for interior trims, creating 3D data and drawings, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience in product development and must be fluent in English. Formación

• 2+ years of product development experience.
• Fluent in English, German A2 is a plus.
• Understanding of GD&T and injection molding process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and build parametric 3D data according to construction standards.
• Create 2D drawings and apply knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare technical details under supervision and communicate solutions.

DESCRIPTION

• Product development experience for Interior Trim.
• Develop and build parametric 3D data according to construction standards with the level of quality required by other EDAG offices and our clients.
• Understanding problems on injection molding process and how to solve them.
• Creation of 2D drawings and apply knowledge of: GD&T, manufacturing process, injection molding.
• Prepare technical details under the supervision of Sr. designers.
• Interior and exterior trim parts analysis to guaranty quality on the parts.
• Communicate clearly with the team, and propose basic solutions.
• Create parts lists /BOM / Documentation.
• Follow and understand design rules, checklist and team instructions.
• Review and validate technical details.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor´s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanicalengineering or related.
• 2+ year of experience product development.
• 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation (CATIA/NX).
• Experience with injection molding plastic parts and vacuum forming.
• Experience in surface modeling and part design.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• International Experience desirable.
• Fluent English.
• German A2 (desirable).
