  • Create and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other companies and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and proposals that generate revenue.
  • Lead negotiations for new client contracts and other business deals.
  • Track and report on sales activity, key performance metrics, and market trends to senior management.
  • Partner with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.

Required skills and qualifications
  • Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or Engineering. An MBA is preferred
  • Experience: 5 -10 years of proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships in the Refrigeration Industry.
