A leading software solutions provider seeks a Business Development Executive to support the development and growth of its Multivendor strategy in the Graphics category. The role involves significant focus on new business development and pre-sales activities, with responsibilities that include conducting webinars, developing client presentations, and engaging with C-level stakeholders. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience selling Adobe solutions and strong written and verbal English communication skills. This position is based in Xico, Veracruz, Mexico.

The role

As a Business Development Executive (Adobe & Autodesk), you will support the development and growth of the Multivendor strategy in the Graphics category in SoftwareONE for the generation and maturation of the pipeline by carrying out pre‑sales engineering‑oriented tasks.

Main objective of the role

Focus 70% on the development of the segments Pipe Major, Enterprise, Corporate and Greenfield of manufacturers Graphics (Adobe, Autodesk, among others).

Tasks Engagement
  • New Business Search: Hunter Profile.
  • Execution of webinars and various technical marketing activities.
  • Development of presentations and engagement sessions with clients.
  • Development of Workshops as marketing activities.
  • Development of personalized workshops with client.
Pre‑Sale Tasks
  • Information gathering in the pre‑sale process.
  • Use case design.
  • Preparation of budgets and business sheets.
  • Preparation of technical proposals.
  • Architecture design (if possible).
Training Tasks
  • Trace enablement plan in Virtualization manufacturers solutions through the OPEN portal.
  • 3 Accreditations in the first Q.
  • 2 Advanced Trainings from Virtualization manufacturers per Q.
  • Constant update in workshops and laboratories of new available versions of Graphics manufacturer solutions.
Key Knowledge / Experience
  • Commercial experience in selling Adobe solutions for at least 3 years.
  • Graphics branding expert: Adobe (indispensable) + Autodesk (plus).
  • Must have good understanding of ADOBE business model and its vast offerings.
  • Experience in strategic renewals.
  • New Business Search.
  • Experience working with C‑level stakeholders.
  • Must have experience in a similar position or working experiences in any role with one of the main publishers, with a strong background in licensing / consulting.
  • Plus: Certification such as ADOBE Certified Solutions Architect (RHCSA), ADOBE Certified Engineer (RHCE), ADOBE Certified Professional (VCP), or ITIL certifications.
Your Language Skill

Written and verbal English Skills are a must.

Your Personality and Soft Skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to develop and present to high level executive, as well as deep‑dive technical presentation.
  • Technical leadership skills and the ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches and how the technical solution will address clients' needs and pain points.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
