Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD per month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager in managing wholesale and distribution sales, customer communications, and operational tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and tech‑savvy, with experience in sales coordination, CRM management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Wholesale & Distribution Support
  • Manage wholesale and distribution orders on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and distribution customers, responding to inquiries and providing support.
  • Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing order logistics.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
  • Create and update wholesale marketing materials using Canva.
  • Assist in the development and execution of wholesale promotions and campaigns.
  • Support lead generation efforts by researching potential wholesale partners and managing outreach lists.
CRM & Lead Management
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Track leads, follow‑ups, and sales opportunities to support business growth.
  • Organize and analyze customer data to provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
Administrative & Executive Support
  • Assist the Wholesale & Distribution Account Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales‑related documents.
  • Track and oversee key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative in optimizing workflows.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in sales coordination, account management, or business development support.
  • Familiar with Shopify, Canva, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and tech‑savvy, with the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for the beauty, wellness, or skincare industry is a plus!
