POSITION SUMMARY

A business analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization's business processes and systems to identify areas where improvements can be made.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathering and analyzing data: A business analyst collects and analyzes data on various aspects of the organization's operations, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and product development.
  • Identifying areas for improvement: After analyzing the data, the business analyst identifies areas where the organization can improve its performance, such as streamlining processes, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing solutions: The business analyst works with various stakeholders, such as managers, developers, and end-users, to develop and implement solutions that address the identified areas for improvement.
