• 7+ years as a PeopleSoft DBA or Technical upgrade specialist.
• Proven experience leading multiple PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.
• Strong understanding of the PUM selective adoption process.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute the PeopleTools upgrade and apply the latest PUM Image.
• Develop strategies to preserve or replace customizations.
• Optimize system performance before, during, and after the upgrade.
