💼 Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Bilingual Logistics Coordinator with hands‑on experience managing oversized and car carrier shipments. This is a highly operational, negotiation‑heavy role that requires constant communication with truck drivers and carriers to secure capacity, negotiate rates, and manage loads from dispatch to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who performs well under pressure, can handle last‑minute changes, dropped loads, and urgent situations, and still maintains accuracy and professionalism. Freight brokerage experience is required.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate oversized and car carrier shipments from dispatch through delivery
• Negotiate rates, detention, layovers, and accessorial charges directly with drivers and carriers
• Source capacity using load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and existing carrier relationships
• Manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive freight in a brokerage environment
• Maintain proactive communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams
• Resolve operational issues such as dropped loads, late pickups, breakdowns, and route changes
• Keep accurate, detailed shipment records in the TMS
• Handle multiple inbound and outbound calls while prioritizing urgent issues
• Ensure compliance with requirements specific to oversized and specialized freight

🧠 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Dispatcher in a freight brokerage
• Direct experience with oversized, specialized, or car carrier freight (required)
• Strong negotiation skills with truck drivers and carriers
• Hands‑on experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
• Experience using a TMS (Tai Software strongly preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to multitask, manage high call volume, and work under pressure
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and remote work readiness

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3CX or similar dialers
• Prior experience working with North American carriers
