A global leader in premium label solutions is seeking an Operations Manager located in Los Reyes Acaquilpan, Mexico. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has 8-10 years of operational management experience, preferably in the printing industry. Responsibilities include leading the production process and optimizing operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality standards. This position involves significant leadership and change management skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Operations and/or Lean Management.
• Experience in the printing industry is mandatory, preferably in rotogravure.
• Significant experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production process to manufacture and deliver customer-requested products.
• Plan the allocation of production line resources to ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Optimize and maintain plant infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity.

Conocimientos

Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies

Experience in implementation of Lean principles

Educación

Degree in Engineering or Business
