• 6 months minimum of experience in Call center customer service (Desired).
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems.
• Listen actively and troubleshoot to provide a great customer experience.
