Una empresa global de muebles está buscando un especialista en ventas en Veracruz, México. El candidato ideal debe tener la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva y manejar situaciones desafiantes. Con conocimientos profundos en herramientas digitales, como el Home Planner, y al menos un año de experiencia en ventas, este rol es fundamental para maximizar las ventas y servir a los clientes de manera efectiva. Se requiere una actitud flexible y una buena organización del tiempo.

Descripción del empleo

To maximize sales in assigned HFB and to be a source of knowledge and expertise for the team. To have a deep knowledge of the range, local market, the customers, the store layout, the IKEA digital tools and the experience and expertise of colleagues. Support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the contin-ued execution and success of the IKEA Concept. You are required to contribute in order to fulfil the four tasks of the IKEA store:

  • To act as a highly efficient, and staffed sales mechanism
  • To show home furnishing solutions full of inspiring home furnishing ideas
  • To serve as a well-qualified home furnishing specialist
  • To provide a day out for the whole family
Requisitos
Essential
  • Confident to approach and talk to people
  • Abilyty to handle difficult situations
  • Attention to details
  • Persuasive and confident
  • Deep knowledge on the use of relevant digital tools, eg Home Planner
  • Coaching and training skills
Preferred
  • Good personal discipline
  • Minium 1 Year selling experience in IKEA.
  • A flexible approach and open to change.
  • Possess initiative
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work to make efficient use of the time available.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
