A leading manufacturing company in Querétaro is seeking a Production Engineer to establish and maintain production standards. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in the chemical industry, and strong skills in problem-solving. This position offers an opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects while ensuring the efficiency of production processes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the chemical industry or rubber molding is preferred.
• Experience with PLC, Robots, or Cobots programming.

Responsabilidades

• Establish production standard methods and maintain documents.
• Support training to achieve established standards.
• Solve process issues affecting KPI in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
