The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, and advanced English skills. You will be responsible for overseeing production metrics, conducting capacity studies, and leading staff training in Six Sigma and Lean methods. Formación

• 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with electronic automotive industry (SMT, Backend, assembly).

Responsabilidades

• Manage personnel and oversee OEE Production Metrics.
• Conduct capacity studies for clients such as Ford, GM, and Volvo.
• Update plant layout and manage organizational improvement projects.
• Train staff in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
