A luxury resort brand in Nayarit, Mexico is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure high standards of spa cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will maintain effective communication with guests, guide them through facilities, and create comfortable experiences. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, an intermediate level of English, and strong organizational skills. This position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

About The Job

• The Attendant Spa is responsible for maintaining all spa areas during operation. These functions must be accomplished according to deliver high expectations and Resort Standards
• Maintain effective communications with all the guests and staff members of the spa
• Greeting warmly to our guests using their last name
• Escort all our guests to dress room and explain about the facilities and services
• Review humid areas every 15 minutes
• Verify order and cleanliness
• Setup towels in dressing room and humid areas
• Always being present whenever the guest needs it
• Guide visits to spa and gym, explaining all the facilities
• To make guests happy and comfortable in all times
• Helping other areas according to operational
