A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Specialist / IT Staffing Account Manager. This role focuses on developing new business in nearshore hiring across Mexico and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling IT staffing solutions, strong relationships with key decision-makers, and proven skills in account management. A willingness to travel for industry events is required, along with proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Extensive experience with Nearshore opportunities.
  • Solid experience in New Business Development and bringing New Logos.

Job Title: Business Development Specialist / IT Staffing Account Manager (Nearshore Hiring, Mexico, LATAM, New Business Development, New Logos, Sales, Account Management)

Language:

  • Spanish
  • Portuguese language is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with selling and bringing Nearshore opportunities (Contract hiring, Managed Services, SOW).
  • Prior experience delivering Nearshore opportunities in Mexico and LATAM countries.
  • Solid Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Solid experience in New Business Development and bringing New Logos.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • 5+ years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service.
  • Comes with solid relationship with CIO, CTO, CDO, Delivery Leaders, Business Heads, TA Leaders and MSPs.
  • Great personality and good attitude.
  • Ability to travel for networking events, industry events, customers events and meetings.
  • Well versed with Targeted Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, multi-channel campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Well versed with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, ATS, & CRM tools
