My strategy focuses on comprehensive sales and brand performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize results. I utilize data to build strategic recommendations that align business priorities with market trends. Additionally, I assess product displacement to improve distribution and commercialization efficiency.

What Your Impact Will
  • Analyze sales results by category and brand across all Mattel product lines
  • Build and maintain databases that consolidate relevant commercial information
  • Generate internal reports to monitor performance, trends, and business opportunities
  • Track commercial KPIs and propose corrective or preventive actions
  • Develop product assortment recommendations based on performance and rotation analysis
  • Support assortment planning for key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and sell-through
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English
  • Sales experience (including internship or professional practice experience in sales).
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, teamwork, and basic knowledge of database management and sales analysis.
