An international luxury hospitality group is seeking an Assistant Director of People and Culture to join its team in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This role involves leading the People and Culture strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR leadership experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution and overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the People and Culture function. Duties include benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development, legal matters, employee counseling, financial management, record audits, employee experience programs, recruitment, selection, onboarding, evaluation of People and Culture initiatives, and support of Corporate People and Culture initiatives.
