They use proactive outreach—via calls and texts—to help clients increase conversion rates.

As they expand, they're looking for an Appointment Setter to engage with inbound leads and improve outreach efficiency.

About the Position
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely replies (within 15 minutes during working hours) to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Use automation tools and webhooks to track and manage lead interactions.
  • Create and send personalized Loom video responses to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine response strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a consistent follow‑up process to ensure leads move through the sales funnel.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Remote Experience: At least 2 years of experience working remotely with U.S./Canada‑based startups, demonstrating an ability to thrive in a virtual environment.
  • Appointment Setting Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • English level: An advanced level, both oral and written, is required to ensure clear communication with leads.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly Twitter, with hands‑on experience in leveraging scheduling tools to optimize outreach.
  • Customer‑Centric Approach: A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Time Zone Availability: Willingness and ability to work during MST or EST time zones, ensuring alignment with team and client schedules.
